About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Electrical Engineer (Level 3) to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing complex electrical installations, preparing detailed workshop and as-built drawings, and providing technical guidance to support project execution. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives on solving engineering challenges and contributing to innovative project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Design electrical installations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

· Apply advanced knowledge in lighting and power system design.

· Analyze complex electrical engineering problems and recommend effective solutions.

· Review and validate workshop and as-built drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.

· Provide technical support and supervision during project execution.

· Ensure all works meet approved designs, project standards, and regulatory requirements.

· Participate in project planning and site meetings as required.

· Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Project Engineer or Manager.

Health, Safety & Environmental (OHSE) Responsibilities

· Ensure compliance with all company and statutory health, safety, and environmental standards.

· Promote a positive safety culture within project teams.

· Report identified hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately.

· Participate in emergency response and safety drills as required.

· Encourage sustainable practices such as waste reduction and energy efficiency.

Skills & Abilities

· Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in interpreting and preparing detailed electrical drawings.

· Effective communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge & Technical Requirements

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and electrical design software (e.g., Dialux, Ecodial).

· Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering design and systems.

· Knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and best practices in electrical engineering.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

· 4–6 years of experience in electrical design and project execution.

· Proven experience working on complex electrical installation projects.

· Professional certification or membership (e.g., COREN, NSE) is an advantage.
