About the Role

Our client, a leading construction company serving the Oil & Gas, Industrial, Energy & Power, and infrastructural sectors, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, resource management, and quality assurance, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and budgets, and negotiating contracts.

Lead all aspects of project execution, managing on-site activities, resources, and labor to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and management, providing clear communication and detailed progress updates.

Manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Lead and motivate project teams and subcontractors, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment.

Conduct performance evaluations, establish project KPIs, and track success metrics.

Oversee construction quality and adherence to specifications and technical standards.

Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.

Enforce rigorous quality and safety standards through regular inspections and compliance with regulatory codes.

Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets from inception to closeout; track expenses, mitigate financial risks, and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Implement corrective and contingency actions when projects deviate from the plan.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Professional certification (e.g., COREN) is an advantage.

10–15+ years of experience in multi-construction project management.

Proven track record managing large-scale projects and teams of 100+ personnel.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

Experience managing projects within Oil & Gas, Industrial, Energy & Power, and public/private infrastructure sectors.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
