About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multidisciplinary projects across architecture, construction, and engineering.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills to manage complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a leadership role for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, manages cross-functional teams effectively, and has a track record of successfully delivering high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of architectural and construction projects.
  • Coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Review designs, construction plans, and technical documents to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Oversee project timelines, financial performance, and quality control from inception to completion.
  • Manage client communications, approvals, and expectations throughout all project stages.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–6 years' project management experience in the architectural, construction, or engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage.
