Automation/Sales Specialist
to join our internal team.
This is a remote, full-time position open to candidates based in
Nigeria and Kenya
who possess a strong engineering background, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales automation and technical solution selling.
- We're looking for a professional who can translate complex technical insights into clear value propositions, drive sales efficiency through automation, and thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to automate and streamline the B2B sales pipeline, focusing on lead qualification, outreach, and CRM management.
- Serve as the
Go-To-Market Engineer
, bridging the gap between our technical services (software development) and sales needs. - Research, plan, and create technical sales enablement content (presentations, demos, product sheets) that articulate the value of our engineering talent.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, new opportunities, and competitive insights in the US and European markets.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment and executive teams to ensure sales efforts align with talent acquisition and broader business goals.
- Track key sales performance metrics, report on automation efficiency, and provide actionable insights for continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Automation Specialist, Technical Sales, or Go-To-Market role.
- A strong
Engineering Background
(e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.) is highly preferred. - Excellent command of English with near-native fluency in technical communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, workflow automation suites).
- Strong critical thinking and analytical ability—you. You connect technical solutions with measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with technology, SaaS, or B2B audiences.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools or content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with graphic or visual content creation for sales presentations (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite).
