Role Summary
The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for clients, models, vendors, and visitors to the fashion house. This role is responsible for creating a warm, professional, and brand-aligned first impression, while supporting day-to-day administrative and studio operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, strong organisation, and a polished personal presentation aligned with the brand's aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Experience

  • Welcome clients, guests, models, and visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Manage walk-in and scheduled client visits, fittings, consultations, and meetings.
  • Maintain a calm, elegant, and customer-focused reception environment at all times.
  • Ensure visitors are attended to promptly and directed appropriately.

Communication & Coordination

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule appointments for fittings, design consultations, pickups, and management meetings.
  • Liaise with designers, stylists, tailors, production staff, and management to coordinate schedules.

Administrative & Studio Support

  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment records, and client registers.
  • Assist with basic documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Track deliveries, dispatches, and vendor visits.
  • Support order tracking, pickups, and handovers where required.
  • Brand Representation
  • Uphold the fashion house's brand image, culture, and service standards at all times.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area reflects the brand's style, cleanliness, and elegance.
  • Dress and present in a manner consistent with the brand's image and values.

General Office Support

  • Monitor front desk supplies and make requisitions when necessary.
  • Support internal coordination during photoshoots, trunk shows, fittings, and fashion events.
  • Escalate client concerns, complaints, or special requests to management appropriately.

Qualifications & Experienc
e

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • .1–3 years' experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role (fashion, luxury retail, hospitality, or creative industry preferred)
  • .Experience working in a fashion house, showroom, salon, or luxury brand is an added advantage
