Chief Financial Officer

The CFO role oversees the entire financial management, regulatorycompliance, and strategic direction of the bank, working closely with the CEOand Board to drive financial stability, growth, and digital transformation. Itleads financial planning, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and IFRS reportingwhile ensuring full compliance with CBN and other regulatory bodies. Theposition manages financial and operational risks, oversees digital bankingfinancial controls, and guides funding strategies, investor relations, andstakeholder engagement. Additionally, the role strengthens corporategovernance, supports audit processes, and builds a high -performing finance teamto ensure operational excellence and sustainable profitability. Requirements· Partnerwith executive leadership to develop and execute financial and digitaltransformation strategies.· Leadbudgeting, financial forecasting, capital planning, and overall financialstrategy.· Ensurefull compliance with all CBN, NDIC, EFCC, and regulatory reportingrequirements.· OverseeIFRS -compliant financial reporting, treasury operations, and liquiditymanagement.· Manageloan portfolio quality, provisioning, NPL oversight, and financial controls.· Implementfinancial risk management frameworks covering credit, market, and liquidityrisks.· Providefinancial oversight for digital banking platforms, automation, and fin -techpartnerships.· Managefunding strategy, deposits mobilization, capital raising, and relationshipswith DFIs/investors.· Drivecorporate governance, audit coordination, and effective Board -level financialcommunication.· Lead,develop, and mentor a high -performing finance team while managing keystakeholders and investors.
