Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing with strong communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels

● Create and schedule content for social media platforms

● Assist in the batch creation of these contents as well as their scripts

● Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends

● Help coordinate marketing events and promotions

● Assist with marketing campaigns, content creation and performance tracking

● Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and metrics

● Help manage the company's online presence and reputation

Required Qualifications

● 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related role (internships count)

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

● Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing

● Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

● Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

● Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

● Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

● Understanding of Google Analytics and social media analytics

● Experience with content management systems

● Knowledge of SEO principles

● Copywriting and content creation experience

● Customer service experience

Technical Skills

● Social media platforms management

● Data analysis and reporting

● Project management tools (Trello)
