Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this role, the specialist will execute sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to achieving revenue targets. Duties include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting market research, and supporting training initiatives. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also develop and manage sales plans, handle client inquiries, and provide regular performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage with clients professionally and effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying opportunities and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience in leading or supporting Training initiatives for team development and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in market research, data-driven decision-making, and creating strategic sales plans.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
