Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Abuja for the Head of Finance and Accounting. The Head of Finance and Accounting will oversee the financial health of the company, develop and implement financial policies, and manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insights to guide strategic decision-making. The role also requires collaborating with leadership to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Finance
  • Strong Analytical and Budgeting Skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Ability to interpret data to support strategic decision-making
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and internal financial controls
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
