REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in business development/sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role (preferably in hospitality, restaurant, catering, or food services).
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, closing high-value deals, and expanding market share.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in market research, financial analysis, CRM tools, budgeting, and proposal development.
