Job Brief: We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven Sales Closer to convert inbound leads and warm prospects into paying customers. You will be responsible for engaging with leads primarily through DMs, emails, and CRM tools, answering inquiries, resolving objections, and finalizing conversions.

Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to sales inquiries via DMs, emails, or web forms.

* Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and tailor responses.

* Engage leads from ads, webinars, landing pages, or email campaigns.

* Present offers persuasively and guide prospects through the sales journey.

* Follow up with undecided leads using structured email/DM sequences.

* Use scripts and product knowledge to overcome objections and close deals.

* Track and update lead status using CRM or pipeline tools.

* Maintain records of conversations, follow-up actions, and outcomes.

* Share weekly conversion reports and feedback with the marketing/sales team.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in sales (online closing or digital customer acquisition).

* Tech Startup experience

* Strong written communication and persuasive copywriting skills.

* Familiarity with platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Gmail, or CRM tools.

* Confidence in handling multiple inquiries and closing without pressure.

* Experience with digital or high-ticket products is a plus.
