Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, production planning, warehousing, and distribution)

  • Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiations
  • Ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods

  • Monitor and manage supply chain costs and budgets

  • Implement supply chain KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Lead, coach, and develop supply chain and warehouse teams
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management (preferably in wellness, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or health-related industries)
  • Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and ERP systems
  • Experience managing vendors, 3PLs, and distribution partners.

  • Experience in regulated industries (wellness, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, or FMCG)
  • Knowledge of local and international sourcing regulations
  • Exposure to sustainability and ethical sourcing practices
  • Experience with e-commerce or omnichannel distribution.
