Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated, creative and results-oriented *Sales & Marketing Strategis*t to help us grow our premium transport and mobility services in Lagos. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in sales or marketing who wants to shape campaigns, drive client acquisition and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.

Conduct market research to spot trends, competitors and customer needs.

Design and manage both online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with operations and client service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Track and report on the performance of sales and marketing activities.

Represent the brand professionally at events, meetings and networking opportunities.

Requirements

2–4 years' experience in sales, marketing or business development.

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media and branding.

Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
