We're looking for a Business Operations Lead to join our dynamic team and lead operational excellence across all functions-with a strong focus on retail performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Translate business goals into efficient operational plans


• Oversee and optimize retail store operations, warehousing, and logistics


• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and HR to align execution


• Inspire and lead teams across retail and back-office functions


• Manage projects like store rollouts, systems upgrades, and retail expansion


• Track KPIs and ensure delivery against budgets and timelines

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in operations leadership (retail FMCG, distribution background is a plus)
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams and present strategies effectively
  • Experience in Sales and knowledge of strategies to boost sales and business growth at large
  • Proven success managing multi sites teams and complex workflows.
  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM POS, and project management tools
  • Project Management expertise for planning, executing, and overseeing projects
  • Leadership abilities and decision-making skills to manage teams and drive performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
