Company :Civil Engineering and Construction A Construction Company is looking for a mature, diligent and ethical quantity surveyor with

project management experience to work on and manage its projects and resources.

Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth understanding of building construction methods, materials, and processes.
• Expertise in cost planning, contract administration, negotiation, resource allocation &
• management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

• High level of numerical accuracy and financial acumen.

• Skilled in project management software.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commitment to health, safety, sustainability, and quality management
• Good Interpersonal Skills and Customer Relations.
• A self-starter that can work without supervision.Requirements:

Candidates with at least a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying

• MSC in Construction Management or Project Management
• Good leadership and management skill
• Good personality: firm, assertive, upright and straightforward person
• Very good knowledge of the subject matter
• Must have worked consistently at least for 5 years
• A minimum of5-7 years relevant experience with at least 2 years as project manager.Salary:400,000.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₦400,000.00 per month
