Job Summary

TroVest is seeking energetic, motivated, and persuasive Direct Sales Agents to promote and sell the company's financial products, including investment plans, fixed-income products, and credit solutions. The ideal candidate must be passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and be capable of building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Market and promote TroVest's investment and financial products to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
  • Source prospects through field marketing, referrals, social media, and personal networks.
  • Conduct door-to-door, on-site, and outdoor marketing campaigns.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and requirements.
  • Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain regular follow-up to ensure lead conversion and customer retention.

3. Reporting & Target Achievement

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Track sales performance and submit detailed activity reports.
  • Update CRM tools with leads, follow-ups, and closed deals.

4. Brand Representation

  • Represent TroVest professionally during market activities, events, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales standards.

RequirementsEducation & Experience

  • Minimum OND / HND / B.Sc in any field.
  • Previous experience as a Direct Sales Agent, Field Marketer, Loan Officer, or Investment Marketer is an advantage (but not mandatory).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Confidence in approaching new prospects and closing deals.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of leads generated weekly.
  • Sales conversion rate.
  • Volume of investments or loan products sold.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.
