The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and selling the company's products or services through direct engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. I dentify, contact, and engage prospective customers through field visits, calls, and referrals.

  2. Promote and sell the company's products/services directly to individuals or businesses.

  3. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

  4. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track sales activities

  5. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.

  6. Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the supervisor or team lead.

Key Requirements:

  1. Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing or related course.

  2. Previous experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.

  3. Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

  4. Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Compensation:

  1. Commission on every sale

  2. Performance bonuses
