Job Summary:

Ensure the company's operations, products, and marketing comply with applicable laws, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and interpret relevant regulations (e.g., NAFDAC, FDA, EU standards).

  • Oversee product registration, labeling, and advertising compliance.

  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.

  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and manage inspections.

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and training.

  • Investigate non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Law, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.

  • 3+ years experience in regulatory affairs or compliance (preferably FMCG).

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and documentation.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
