Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in Ikeja. The Facilities Manager will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the restaurant and winery, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, coordinating repairs and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves scheduling maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and addressing any operational challenges promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management within the hospitality sector
  • BSc or HND required
  • Proximity to Yaba, Sabo, as no accommodation is provided
