Purpose of Job

The Wealth Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the investment portfolios of high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. This role involves providing personalized financial advice, developing tailored investment strategies, and ensuring clients achieve their financial goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and institutional clients.
  • ● Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  • ● Design and implement personalized investment strategies across various asset classes, including equities, fixedincome, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
  • ● Monitor client portfolios and provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations.
  • ● Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
  • ● Collaborate with internal teams (research, trading, compliance) to deliver optimal client solutions.
  • ● Prepare investment proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and senior management.
  • ● Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • ● Identify opportunities for business growth and support marketing and client acquisition initiatives.
  • ● Manage risks associated with client portfolios and ensure adherence to investment guidelines.

Job Requirements & Person Specification

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (CFA, CFP) preferred.
  • ● Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or asset management.
  • ● Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • ● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • ● Proficiency in financial modeling, portfolio management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ● High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential client information.
