Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Head of Sales to lead and execute our sales initiatives in a hybrid, full-time role based in Port Harcourt, with opportunities for remote work. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, nurture client relationships, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, managing accounts, analyzing sales data to improve strategies, and ensuring consistent achievement of targets. The role requires collaborating with other departments to align sales efforts with business goals.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus)
