Every VanB Estates project reflects our commitment to quality, integrity, and exceptional client satisfaction.Role OverviewWe're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Furnishing Specialist to lead the interior furnishing and staging of our flagship project.This role involves transforming the completed build into a fully furnished, market-ready property—ideal for luxury showings, photography, and eventual rental or sale activation.The ideal candidate will bring a balance of aesthetic vision, spatial understanding, and project management capability, handling the end-to-end furnishing process—from concept mood boards to final staging.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive furnishing and décor plans tailored to VanB Estates' luxury aesthetic and project specifications.Produce space plans, layout drawings, and mood boards for each room, ensuring visual coherence and flow.Select and source FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) from verified suppliers—balancing quality, durability, and budget alignment.Manage procurement, delivery, and installation logistics, ensuring readiness for staging and photography.Collaborate with VanB Estates leadership to align design vision with project objectives (luxury rental and resale standards).Coordinate with vendors, stagers, and photographers to ensure on-schedule completion of interiors.Prepare detailed furnishing documentation (inventory lists, purchase orders, and room-by-room checklists).Ensure all designs comply with construction and building constraints (e.g., outlet placements, lighting plans, material compatibility).QualificationsProven experience in interior design, staging, or luxury residential furnishing (portfolio required).Strong skills in space planning, color theory, and visual storytelling.Knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and finish schedules.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit (Figma preferred for collaboration).Experience sourcing FF&E through vendors like Wayfair Professional, Amazon Business, Restoration Hardware, or local wholesalers.Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Familiarity with real estate staging, property management, or rental optimization is a strong plus.
