Main AccountabilitiesCreating Displays: Designing and setting up attractive displays to showcase products in an appealing manner to attract customers.Visual Storytelling: Using visual elements to tell a story about the brand or product, creating an engaging and memorable experience for customers.Implementing Brand Guidelines: Ensuring that all displays and visual elements align with the brand's image, values, and guidelines.Space Management: Maximizing the use of space in retail environments to optimize traffic flow and highlight key products or promotions.Product Placement: Strategically placing products to encourage sales and highlight key features or benefits.Seasonal Changes: Updating displays and decorations to reflect seasonal themes and promotions.Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, and store management teams to coordinate visual strategies and promotional activities.Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly assessing the effectiveness of displays and making adjustments as needed to improve sales and customer engagement.Inventory Management: Coordinating with inventory teams to ensure that products are stocked appropriately and displayed effectively.Customer Interaction: Providing assistance and information to customers regarding product features, promotions, and special offers as needed. RequirementsQualification (Education & Experience) Education Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or Fashion Merchandising from an accredited university. Desired: An advanced degree, such as a master's degree in Luxury Brand Management, Business Administration, or Marketing, is preferred for a higher level of insight into business strategies and financial management within the luxury sector.
