Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Specialist with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within a financial institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent to support the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Draft and post job ads across appropriate channels for maximum visibility.

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/departmental interviews.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.

Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records on the ATS/HR system.

Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's recruitment presence.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years proven recruitment experience, preferably within a financial institution.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Proficient in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
