We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Elewure, Sango, Ibadan As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with potential hosts to onboard them onto our platform. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, address host concerns, and persuade them to list their properties on Earn BnB.

*Responsibilities:*

• Reach out to potential hosts via phone or in-person visits to introduce Earn BnB and its benefits

• Respond to host inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Provide detailed information about Earn BnB's features, policies, and procedures

• Address host objections and concerns, and offer solutions to overcome them

• Meet or exceed weekly targets for host acquisition and retention

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve host issues and improve overall customer experience

• Maintain accurate records of host interactions and update CRM systems accordingly

*Requirements:*

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
