We are dedicated to timeless style, exceptional craftsmanship, and outstanding customer experience. We are looking to expand our team with a passionate and driven Sales & Marketing Executive. ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a stylish, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen our brand presence both online and offline. You will be responsible for selling our leather collections, building customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies that convert. If you love fashion, understand leather products, and know how to sell, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Customer Relations:
- Drive in-store and online sales across all platforms (Instagram, Website, WhatsApp, Walk-ins).
- Provide excellent customer service and expert product knowledge on our leather items.
- Convert inquiries, DMs, and walk-ins into paying customers.
- Follow up on leads, abandoned orders, and build a loyal repeat customer base.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper client records and feedback. Marketing & Brand Growth:
- Create engaging content that showcases our leather products (Reels, product shots, styling videos).
- Manage and grow our social media platforms with consistent posting and prompt DM/comment responses.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and offers.
- Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and fashion partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and fashion trends relevant to leather fashion.
- Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports. Store & Operations:
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor stock levels, bestsellers, and provide restock suggestions.
- Represent the TT Dalk brand with class and professionalism at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in FASHION, LEATHER GOODS, LUXURY RETAIL or LIFESTYLE brands.
- Strong passion for fashion, especially leather products.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Must be active on Instagram & TikTok and understand social selling.
- Confident on camera and able to create basic content for products.
- Good communication skills and a presentable appearance.
- Must be persuasive, proactive, organized, and target-driven.
- Must reside within Lekki or be willing to commute.
