JOB SUMMARY

AA Rescue is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Executive Chairman (EC). The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our Chairman, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and must have a strong Legal background.QualificationsMust have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field/and Law.Minimum of 5 experience as an executive assistant or similar roleExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyHigh level of discretion and confidentialityProfessional demeanor and appearance

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointmentsCoordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for ChairmanPrepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferencesAct as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholdersHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismAssist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the ChairmanPerform general administrative tasks to support the Chairman and executive team

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree
