JOB SUMMARY
Job RequirementsTo be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2 years minimum Experience in Business Development within the Manpower/ Outsourcing industry. Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role. Proven ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for business growth and crafting innovative solutions.

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging talent demands, positioning our firm as the go-to recruitment partner for innovative workforce solutions. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities. Collaborate with clients to customize recruitment strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates who seamlessly integrate into the client's organizational culture.. Review and screen candidate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for client job openings Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in the realm of talent acquisition and recruitment strategy. Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the outsourcing journey, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, orchestrating the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to contract negotiation and successful placement.
