Purpose Statement
- We are seeking dynamic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our team.
- As a Telesales Executive, your purpose is to drive sales and revenue by proactively reaching out to potential customers via telephone.
- You will play a vital role in promoting our products or services, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
- Join us in connecting with customers and driving business growth through persuasive and engaging telesales techniques.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to sell our products or services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for the investment product, contributing significantly to the growth of the organization’s investment portfolio.
- Customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
- Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to address customer inquiries effectively and objections.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences, market demands, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly persuasive and skilled in objection handling and closing techniques.
- Results-oriented mindset with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
