Purpose Statement

  • We are looking for dynamic and motivated Telesales Executives to be part of our team.
  • As a Telesales Executive, your goal is to boost sales and revenue by proactively contacting potential customers via phone.
  • Your role is crucial in promoting our products or services, understanding customer needs, and effectively presenting the advantages of what we offer.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals for the investment product, playing a significant part in the organization's investment portfolio growth.
  • Handle customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Interact with customers to grasp their needs and preferences.
  • Articulate the features and benefits of our products or services convincingly to potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns they might have.
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to finalize sales and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to spot opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  • Stay informed about product details, pricing, and promotions.
  • Offer feedback to management on customer trends, preferences, and competitor actions.
  • Enhance your product knowledge continually to handle customer queries effectively and handle objections.
  • Share insights with the marketing and product teams on customer preferences, market demands, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and boosting revenue.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills with the ability to connect with clients.
  • Highly persuasive and adept at handling objections and closing deals.
  • A results-driven mindset with a competitive edge and a determination to excel.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and lively environment.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
