Responsibilities:

Manage office operationsPrepare regular reports on budgets and expenses Recruit and maintain vendorOrganize a filing system for important and confidential company documentsSolve alr queries by employees and clientsUpdate office policies as requiredMaintain a company calendar and schedule appointmentsBook meeting rooms as requiredDistribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assignedArrange travel and accommodationsSchedule in-house and external events


Requirements:

BSc in Business Administration or it equivalent from any accredited college or university
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar roleSolid knowledge of office proceduresExperience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to details
