JOB SUMMARY
Basic Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Sales/any related field (Must have completed NYSC). Min of 2 years working experience in same job capacity Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or IT industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders. Passion for helping others succeed and a genuine interest in career development and education. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of guiding individuals through their educational and professional journey in the field of technology. The role will encompass sales responsibilities, career counseling, and fostering meaningful relationships with prospective students and industry partnersDuties Actively promote institution’s range of IT educational programs and services to prospective students and convincing them to enroll for IT courses. Engage with potential clients through various channels to provide accurate information about program offerings, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures. Conduct individualized career counseling sessions to assess students' goals, interests, and skills. Offer guidance on suitable career paths within the IT industry based on market trends, industry demand, and individual aspirations Assist students in developing personalized career plans, including educational pathways, certifications, and skill development initiatives. Facilitating a smooth and comfortable enrollment process for IT students to ensure they are seamlessly integrated into their chosen course programs. Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry partners, including IT companies, recruiters, and professional organizations. Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights to students and stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, events, and campaigns to attract prospective students and enhance brand visibility. Represent the institution at networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to expand outreach and foster partnerships. Delivering customer feedback to management for strategic consideration and action Contribute to team's daily sales goals
