JOB SUMMARY

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 6-8 Years of Sales Management Experience in the Real Estate Industry.Skills: Proficiency in Using Digital Marketing Platforms and Tools Will Be an Added Advantage. Demonstrate Track Record of Achievement of Performance Management Improvement and Delivery at a Senior Management Level. Strong Knowledge of the Real Estate Market and Trends. Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills. RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent the Company and Its Values with Excellence and Innovation to Customers, Partners, and Stakeholders Through Engaging and Compelling Communication, Following the Company's Code of Conduct and Policies. Oversee the Development and Management of Internal Sales Operations and Processes to Ensure Alignment with Sales Strategies and Goals. Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Existing and Potential Clients, Partners, and Stakeholders to Increase Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, Providing Feedback and Support, and Recognizing and Rewarding Achievements. Provide the Strategic Leadership, Team Spirit, and the Drive to Ensure Achievement of Company Objectives. Manage Sales Team by Recruiting, Training, and Coaching Sales Representatives to Improve Efficiency and Productivity. Develop and Implement Sales Plans and Campaigns Using Digital Marketing Platforms Such as Social Media, Emails, Webinars, etc.
