JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the travel and hospitality industry. In-depth knowledge of the travel and hospitality market, including industry trends, key players, and emerging technologies. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview As a Business Development Manager in the travel and hospitality industry, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth and forge strategic partnerships for the company within the dynamic and competitive landscape of travel and hospitality. You'll leverage your industry expertise, market knowledge, and relationship-building skills to identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and expand the company's presence in key markets.Key DutiesMarket Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and market opportunities. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to develop effective business development strategies.Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement business development plans aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives. Identify new revenue streams and innovative business models to drive growth in the travel and hospitality sector.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their business requirements and positioning the company's offerings accordingly.Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances within the travel and hospitality industry. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging a combination of direct sales, channel partnerships, and distribution agreements. Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability.Product Development Support: Collaborate with the product development team to understand market needs and provide input for the development of new products and services. Gather feedback from clients and partners to continuously improve existing offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.Marketing and Branding Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, sales presentations, and promotional materials tailored to the needs of the travel and hospitality sector. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
