Business Relationship Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
- Responsible for ensuring the organization obtain better brand recognition and financial growth for all its PTSP Business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Leadership for ITEXs PTSP line of business.
- Responsible for the PROFIT & LOSS of the PTSP Business.
- Oversee the PTSP business performance by evaluating and improving sales.
- Facilitate client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships.
- Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Liaising with all stakeholders and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
- Assessing and advising on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Ensures set targets and all deliverables are met.
KNOWLEDGE
- Good knowledge of e-payment regulatory frameworks.
- Good knowledge in MS Office.
SKILLS
- Effective Interpersonal skills.
- Effective Communication skills - verbal and written.
- Problem analysis and solving skill.
- Strong Business intelligence skill
- Effective Time Management skill.
ABILITIES
- Must be able to prioritize appropriately and multi-task with great attention to details.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to be flexible and seek alternative options to problems.
- Must be a self-starter.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or relationship management role at management level.
- A good knowledge of the e-payment and FINTECH industry.
