JOB SUMMARY
Requirements B.Sc / HND from reputable institution Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in any service providing Industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven sales track record with evidence Proficiency in Ms Office and CRM software Ability to deliver engaging presentations Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with the firm's over all business objectives. Conduct market research to stay a breast of industry trends, competitor activities and client needs. Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and cohesive brand identity. Build and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team. Collaborate with the sale steam to convert leads into clients through strategic sales initiatives. Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns to attract prospective clients. Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline the lead management process Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
