JOB SUMMARY

Requirements Relevant educational qualification in Sales Management, Marketing, Business Management, etc. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate and construction industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Solid understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer needs in the real estate and construction industry. Relevant educational certification in business, sales, or a related field is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they achieve their targets and exceed customer expectations. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and meet revenue goals. Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and contribute to the expansion of our customer base. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, enabling the team to develop tailored solutions and stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to enhance the overall sales process and ensure seamless customer experiences. Monitor sales performance, generate regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management. Stay updated with industry developments, attend networking events, and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
