JOB SUMMARY

Job Description:We are searching for an ambitious, experienced Real Estate Marketing Executive who is highly adept at devising successful real estate sales strategies, coordinating sales campaigns, and executing effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into clientsYou would be responsible for overseeing the promotion of property sales on various advertising platforms, as well as formulating sales propositions and project briefings.As a Real Estate Marketing Executive, your role is to communicate our brand's message to potential clients while simultaneously maintaining business relations with real estate agents by sending newsletters and providing specific project updates. You will be working with a professional real estate team on the organization of all our real estate marketing ventures, which entails researching the housing market, identifying high-yield investment properties, and collaborating with various vendors and real estate agents.The ideal applicant should have well-rounded knowledge of the property market and current real estate schemes and marketing practices. They should also have superb project multitasking skills, as well as expertise with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Our aim is to develop a high-end real estate business that will outcompete other companies and successfully attract fresh clients. Your goal is to execute our marketing strategies and establish our brand as an authority in the real estate marketRequirements:3+ years of experience in the real estate sectorThorough knowledge of the real estate marketBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance and any other related filed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategyOverseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activitiesMonitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leadsMaintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updatesCooperating with current business partners on potential projects
