JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications Bachelor of Science or higher Preferable experience as a recruiter Experience with planning and crewing is a pre-requisite Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry is a pre-requisite Minimum experience of between 8 to 10 years experience in a similar role Proven track record of delivering and placing Technical and Corporate positions in Oil and Gas sectorMust Have Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and complete it within time frame Excellent communication skills Pro-active and ability to multitask
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description Our client is looking to hire a talented Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with both consultants and clients from all around the world. This includes sourcing, identifying and delivering consultants to an impressive client portfolio, including some of the biggest names in the industry.Duties Post jobs on career websites/portals Consult with managers/clients to understand the staff requirements and specific job objectives Source candidates by using databases and social media Screen/ Evaluate resumes Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions Contact new employees and prepare on boarding sessions Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods Maintain a robust network of professionals from which can leverage on with sound referrals
