Job Brief:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company.
  • You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our services to then, and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Your goal will be to drive sales and contribute to the growth of the company deals over the phone

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients, establishing strong relationships.
  • Answer questions about the service or the company
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Present our products and services in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
  • ⁠Enter and update customer information in the database
  • ⁠Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirement

  • Minimum of a BSc in sales or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales in service-based industries.B2B Sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset, motivated to achieve business objectives.
  • ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • ⁠Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ⁠Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Proximity to the job location is key
