Assistant School Administrator

Job description
- Provide direct administrative support to the School Principal and other senior administrators.
- Manage school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Oversee administrative staff and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Facilitate communication between school administration, faculty, staff, parents, and students.
- Maintain and update student records and enrollment data.
- Coordinate school events and activities, ensuring smooth logistics and organization.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Assist with the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Identify and solve administrative problems proactively.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all members of the school community.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Education Administration, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school administration or related setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative software.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative school environment.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus
- Understanding of international school operations.
