JOB SUMMARY
Requirements and Skills OND, HND / B.Sc in any related field Proven work experience in secretarial/admin roles Must be very good in Ms Word, coreldraw, Excel, Internet search and design of flyers Outstanding organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Excellent verbal and written communications skills Must resides close to the job location or its environments
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients Be responsible for designing of all company flyers Process clients documents, and regular updates of company profiles on Instagram and YouTube. Screen and direct phone calls and distributions correspondence Handle requests and queries appropriately
REQUIRED SKILLS
