Job Summary
- As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for training and on-boarding new customers as well as channel partners, managing relationship throughout their entire life cycle.
Job Details
- Responsible for training and on-boarding new customers and managing customer relationships through their entire life cycle.
- Assist customers optimize the values/benefits of the software; monitor adoption and diagnose problems so as to develop and execute solutions to ensure the platform is meeting customer expectations.
- Establish customer satisfaction, retention and expansion.
- Contribute to SeamlessHR's revenue by efficient upselling and cross-selling of products and services to customers.
- Project & process milestones management for the clients and employees to work toward
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating software
- Develop and monitor CPs onboarding & product adoption also sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
- 3-4 years experience working with a B2B SaaS Company.
- Experience with working with customers across West Africa and East africa
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Customer service experience and a customer-centric attitude.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Self-driven and proactive nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
