JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Proven experience as an Office Assistant or administrative assistant Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES

Description We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.Duties Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior management Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies inventory Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Perform general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails

REQUIRED SKILLS
