JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsEducational Qualification and Experience:Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Biological and Medical Sciences or Marketing2-4 years experience in direct salesExperience in the medical or Pharma industry is a plus.Skills and Abilities:Good organization skills and results-drivenHighly Self-motivatedHighly analytical with a drive for numbersHigh level of professionalismResult-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.Relationship management skills and openness to feedbackExcellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.Good written and verbal communication skillsHigh proficiency in MS Office SuiteMust be able to prepare management reports and correspondenceGood initiative, time and stress management skills.Personal Attributes:Have a deep desire to work in the startup industrySociable and friendlyConfident and pleasantLoves challenges.Reporting Structure:Will report to the City Lead, and Regional Lead of each states where necessary.RemunerationN120,000 / Month (Gross)Benefits:Accompanied by the fact that we provide services that help save lives, we also ensure that our employees are well taken care of. RESPONSIBILITIES

Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule in assigned territoryPrepare and follow up on territorial sales forecasts on weekly and monthly basis.Ensure Proper Coverage as per the planned Frequency per customer segment.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsProvide daily call reports as well as weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territoryRegularly follow up with active and signed hospitals to ensure they are using the app and placing ordersResolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to managementDevelop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector;Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, fulfillment and customer supportStay informed about the activities of health services in assigned particular area.Expert-level knowledge of department processes and product to serve as the first line of support in resolving internal and external customer issues.Perform other duties as assigned.
