KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of real estate sales personnel, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing plans, and lead generation techniques to increase property sales and market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the sales process.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, competitive developments, and customer preferences to make data-driven decisions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and ongoing development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their knowledge and skills in real estate sales.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in the real estate industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide a sales team to success.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including market trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful property transactions.
  • Customer-Centric: A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Drive and Initiative: Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to take initiative and drive sales team performance.
