JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient and effective running of the school.
  • Oversee the school's operations, including, budget management and strategic planning.
  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including facilities and educational materials.
  • Communicate school policies, initiatives, and events through various channels, such as newsletters, meetings, and social media platforms to parents and staff.
  • Ensure that the school operates in compliance and maintain accurate records
  • Implement change, including creating workflows and administration process documentation
  • Ensure the maintenance of clear and effective filing, records and other systems and to keep them updated.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Proficient IT skills with experience in using office management software like MS Office MS Excel and MS Word, and other online applications.

REQUIRED

  • B.Sc Degree in related field and at least 3 years' experience as an administrative officer
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Functional IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft office tools and relevant software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, management, and communication skills.
  • Experience of managing and maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Candidate must be Male for gender balance.
  • Relevant experiences in schools are preferred.
