**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient workflow.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Coordinate office activities and schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory.
  • Support the operations team in executing various projects and tasks.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements:**

  • Male, not more than 25 years old.
  • Must reside within Ikeja or its environs.
  • Minimum of an HND or OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
