  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring high-quality standards and competitive pricing.
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Handle vendor selection and qualification processes, ensuring alignment with company requirements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage procurement budgets, control costs, and forecast future needs.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all procurement activities to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
