The job holder will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the office and projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage projects across locations with relevant project stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the AAF, Abuja office and administrative systems.
  • Attend meetings and develop minutes of meetings to keep records.
  • Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders and ensure receipt of updated reports on all activities.
  • Draft and handle official communications, such as emails, letters, and memos.
  • Track inventory, equipment, and office supplies, and ensure timely procurement as needed.
  • Handle the welfare of guests and meeting attendees in the AAF office, Abuja.
  • Conduct field visits of project sites as required and develop reports for management use.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
  • A master's degree is an added advantage.
  • 5 Years' experience in project coordination and administration.
  • Good team orientation and the ability to work at all levels within the organization and external network.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
